Outer surface is nickle plated so that the anti-corrosion fuction of actuator and minimum friction against pistons can be guaranteed. End cover material is die-casting aluminium. End cover is treated with epoxy polyester so as to best guarantee the anti-corrosion performance.The drive shaft material is medium carbon steel with fine processing and nickle plating so that the pistons have better quality in anti-corrosion, anti-friction, etc.Piston material is die-casting aluminium alloy. Maximum torque can be output when the actuator is activated with certain pressure.
